Project Overview:
Eczema Honey was a brand new skincare start up, focusing on clean ingredients but competing in a saturated market with big players such as J&J, Aquaphor, and others. They needed a brand identity and community.
Solution + Execution:
Working with their team, we crafted a vision through photography, graphics, and influencer UGC marketing that oriented itself around the color of honey as a base tone for its brand identity. I launched their first influencer partnership program which proved to be highly successful. I also launched the campaign around creating a lifestyle out of Eczema Honey products rather than selling products directly - this campaign included focusing on education and hosting community events.
Results:
Eczema Honey which initially started as a small batch company is now carried at Target, CVS, Ulta, and Walgreens. The company grew substantially and is continuing to expand thanks to their branding and influencer program.
